SUMMARY:Fellesskap i rytme
DESCRIPTION:Fredag 8. mai inviterer Fredrikstad kommune og Foreningen Klart Det til trommesirkel på Rebellhuset. Arrangementet er gratis\, instrumenter stilles til disposisjon\, og det kreves ingen musikalske forkunnskaper for å delta. \nTemaet for samlingen er egentlig ganske enkelt: hva er det som gjør at aktiviteter fungerer når mennesker ikke kjenner hverandre fra før\, og heller ikke kjenner aktiviteten de skal delta i? \nEn trommesirkel er på mange måter et lite mysterium. Mennesker som aldri har møtt hverandre får hvert sitt rytmeinstrument som lager mye lyd. Mange har ingen musikalsk erfaring. Likevel oppstår det ofte noe helt annet enn kaos. Folk begynner å lytte. De finner plass. De samarbeider. De blir en del av noe sammen. \nDenne samlingen utforsker noen av de universelle prinsippene som gjør at mennesker finner rytmen sammen\, ikke bare i musikk\, men også i aktiviteter\, organisasjoner\, arbeidsmiljøer og fellesskap. Vi ser nærmere på hvilke byggesteiner som må være til stede for at mennesker skal oppleve trygghet\, deltakelse og mestring i møte med noe nytt. \nHvordan påvirker tydelige rammer\, aksept\, lytting\, tilstedeværelse og små opplevelser av å lykkes måten mennesker begynner å delta på? Og hva skjer når mennesker får bidra til helheten uten å måtte prestere først? \nDette arrangementet handler ikke om å prestere musikalsk. Det handler om hva som får mennesker til å finne rytmen sammen\, og om hvordan vi bygger aktiviteter og fellesskap der folk opplever at de kan delta\, bidra og høre til. \n\nFasilitator: Mikael Khei har i mange år arbeidet med rytmebasert fasilitering\, teambuilding og erfaringsbasert læring\, med oppdrag for blant andre DNB NOR\, Nordea og Riksrevisjonen\, i tillegg til festivaler\, ungdomsarbeid og Den kulturelle skolesekken. \n\nPraktisk: Gratis.
